Disney Trip with KDA November 9-13, 2026 – Hosted by Wondrous-Adventures

We’re excited to announce that KDA will be performing at Disney Springs through Wondrous-Adventures!
This magical trip will include lodging, park tickets, and the opportunity for your dancer to perform at Disney.

Trip Overview
Travel Provider: Wondrous-Adventures
Resort Stay: Port Orleans Resort
Length of Stay: Choose 4–6 nights
Tickets: Park Hopper passes included (option to add extra days or passes)
Meal Plan: Quick Meal Plan for all days you’re there
Performance Location: Disney Springs
Minimum Age to Perform: 7+ years old (exceptions considered if close to age)
Non-Performers Welcome: Younger siblings and families are welcome to join for the experience

Performance Requirements
You must be an active KDA student at the time of the performance to participate
Once you commit, your child is required to perform if they are a KDA dancer/tumbler age 7 or older.
Minimum 20 performers are required for KDA to participate.
Only day required with KDA: The day of the performance (Disney will set the date closer to our trip).
On performance day:
Dancers travel from Port Orleans Resort by tour bus with Kristy and Crystal.
Warm-ups take place before the show.
Families meet dancers at Disney Springs for the performance.

Why Port Orleans Resort Is Required
You must book through Wondrous-Adventures and stay at Port Orleans Resort.
This ensures:
Insurance coverage for dancers on stage.
Coverage for any incidents during your family’s stay.

Cost & Payments (Detailed information regarding cost can be requested by email)
Cost includes:
4–6 nights at Port Orleans Resort
Quick Meal Plan
Park Hopper Passes
Deposit: $200 per family (due October 1, 2025)
Payments will be made through Wondrous-Adventures.
After deposit, Lyndsay will email your payment plan.
Families of 6+: May require an additional room (resort rooms hold up to 5).
Children 2 & under: No charge.

Dance Classes & Costume
Disney choreography classes will be held by Kristy closer to the event.
Class fees will apply for September–October to learn routines.
Costume and/or t-shirt cost will be kept to a minimum.

How to Sign Up
1. Notify Crystal if you’re going or need additional information by emailing kristydanceacademy@gmail.com, use “Disney” as the subject line.
2. Tell me:
a. How many are in your party
b. If you’re adding extra days or Hopper passes
3. Once confirmed, I will add you to our Disney Band App for trip updates.

Final Notes
KDA has participated in this event three times and it’s always a magical, unforgettable experience!
